Ingredients
- 4 pieces of tomatoes
- 1 piece of onion
- 3 table spoon full of olive oil
- 1 piece of garlic
- 1 piece of potato
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 150-200 gr / 7 oz / 0.4 pound fresh white cheese
- A bunch of parsley
- Salt, black pepper, basil or thyme
Directions
Boil the potatoes in salty water and mash them by adding milk to obtain mash potatoes. Add the spices and salt.
Dice the onion in tiny pieces and roast it in oil. Add the garlic.
Mash the cheese and mix it with parsley.
Mix them all and fill the drilled and salted tomatoes with the mixture.
Lay some bread crumbs on them and cook it in the oven for 30 minutes.
