Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of grated squash
  • 2 table spoon full of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 bunch dill
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 2-3 branches of green onions or 1 small onions
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper
  • 150 gr / 6 oz / 0.3 pound fresh white cheese and fresh cheese
  • Olive oil

Directions

Whip the eggs. Dice the green vegetables. Mix all of the materials. Pour it onto a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake it in oven with the heat of 180°C, until it’s roasted. Cut it in square pieces and serve with yogurt.
