Ingredients
- 500 gr / 17 oz / 1 pound minced lamb meat
- 1 juice of onion (you can acquire by grating and squeezing it)
- 7 pieces of garlic (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 2 slice of dry bread (you can bake the bread in the oven and crush them with chopper)
- 2 tea spoon full of cumin
- 1 tea spoon full of black pepper
- Salt
- 2 tea spoon full of flaked red pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 desert spoon full of pepper paste
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients and knead them. Make long meatballs from the mixture and fry them.
