Ingredients
- 1 kg/ 35 oz / 2 pound spinach
- 1 piece of large onion
- 2 pieces of carrots
- 1 table spoon of pepper paste
- 1 table spoon of tomato paste
- 1-2 tomatoes grate or puree
- 1/2 tea spoon full of cumin
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 1 tea spoon sugar
Directions
Dice the carrot in thin pieces, Chop the onions slightly bold.
First roast the onion in oil. Add the carrot and continue roasting. After they are properly roasted, add the spinach and butter and sauté them all together.
Add the paste, tomatoes, spices and sugar. Cook it roasting without fitting the cover.
