Ingredients
- 250gr / 9 oz / 0.5 pound meat chunks
- 250gr / 9 oz / 0.5 pound shallots
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 1 table spoon full of paste
- 4 table spoon of olive oil or 2 table spoon full of margarine
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Flaked red pepper
- Mushroom can be added optionally.
Directions
Add the margarine or olive oil into the brasier. Add the diced onions and roast them. Add the meat and continue roasting. Add the paste and when it fairly roasted add the tiny diced tomatoes. Add the garlic, spices and salt. Add 2 water glasses of water. Leave it on fire for cooking. Add the shallots 10 minutes before it is ready and wait for the shallots to be cooked.

Note: You can cook a different kind of stew by adding mushrooms after the meat.
