Ingredients

  • 300 gr / 10 oz / 0.6 pound mixed and minced calf-sheep meat
  • 500 gr / 17 oz / 1 pound vine leaf
  • 2 pieces of onions
  • 2 pieces of tomatoes or 3-4 table spoon full of tomato puree
  • 1 table spoon full of tomato paste
  • 1 table spoon full of pepper paste
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, red pepper, flaked red pepper, cumin (1/3 tea spoon each)
  • 2-3 pieces of garlic
  • 1/2 cup rice and thin cracked wheat mixture
  • 1 matchbox size butter

Directions

Dice the onions, parsley and dill them in tiny pieces. Grate the tomatoes. Mash the garlic.

Mix all of the materials except the leaves and butter.

Put them on to the leaves and wrap them. Lay into the braiser randomly. Add the butter in pieces. Add 1 glass of water and cook it on firstly high and later on light fire.
