Ingredients
- 500 gr / 17 oz / 1 pound horsebean
- 2 pieces of onions
- 1 table spoon full of flour
- Salt
- 3 tea spoon sugar
- Dill
- Olive oil and lemon
Directions
Tear the tops of the horse bean. Don’t chop them if they are not too long. If they are long chop them into two parts. Lay it into water with 1 spoon full of flour and wait for half an hour.
On the other side roast the chopped onion until it gets brown. Add sugar and salt in it. Add the horse bean and roast for a short while. Add the floured water of horse bean without exceeding the whole mixture.
Dice the dill and add it in. Lay a grease-proof paper over it and fix the cover. After boiling turn the fire lighter and cook for an hour.
When cooked, take it into the serving plate and add olive oil and lemon juice over it.
Serve it with garlic yoghurt and olive oil.
