My mom's Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pieces of chopped onions
  • 1 kg / 35 oz / 2 pound green bean, chopped
  • 2 pieces of garlic, chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomatoes, peeled and diced in tiny pieces
  • 2 tea spoon sugar
  • Salt, black pepper, all spices
  • 5 table spoon olive oil

Directions

Mix all of the material. Add oil to the braiser and add all of the material. Cook for 10-15 in pressure cooker, and for 35-40 minutes in normal braiser.


My aunt's Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pieces of chopped onions
  • 1 kg / 35 oz / 2 pound green bean, chopped
  • 2 pieces of garlic, chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomatoes, peeled and diced in tiny pieces
  • 2 tea spoon sugar
  • Salt, black pepper, all spices
  • 5 table spoon olive oil

Directions

Roast two diced onions in braiser. When they get brown, add the green bean, stir and roast them. It should be cooked on light fire with its own steam. Open the cover from time to time to stir. Dice 4-5 pieces of garlic and add in. Fix the cover again. Add 1/2 jar of tomatoes (we prepare tomatoes in jar to use in winter so have such a unit; it must be equal to 4-5 tomatoes). Add sugar, black pepper, flaked red pepper and salt. When it boils, turn the fire lighter and continue cooking.
