Ingredients

  • Chicken for grilling (cube shape chopped)
  • Potatoes (cube shape chopped)
  • 1 tea spoon full of pepper paste
  • 1 tea spoon full of thyme
  • 1 table spoon full of lemon juice
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

Mix the ingredients accept for potatoes and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Cook it in the brasier on low fire. Add the potatoes when the meat gives out its water. Cook them together. Add some butter when water evaporates.
