Ingredients
- 500 gr / 17 oz / 1 pound chicken
- 200gr / 7 oz / 1 pound mushroom
- Olive oil
- 1 table spoon full of corn starch
- 3 table spoon of white wine
- Thin sliced 1/2 lemon
- 1 matchbox size butter
- 2 table spoon full of cream
- 1 tiny onion
- 2 pieces of mashed garlic
- A few branches of tiny diced dill
- 1 tea spoon full of molasses
- Parmesan cheese or grated dried curd cheese
Directions
Add olive oil to wok or normal large pan. Add spice and salt onto chicken and put it into pan and roast, add starch and stir it until the chickens are covered with starch. Add the wine after it is roasted. Add the lemon slices.
Roast the tiny diced onion in butter until they get browned. Add 1 tea spoon full of molasses. Add the mushrooms and roast them on high fire. Lay the cream on it. Add the dill and parmesan cheese or grated dried curd cheese and take it off the fire. Lay it over the chicken and serve.
