Ingredients
- 1 tiny cauliflower
- 1 table spoon full of butter
- 1 table spoon full of flour
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 100 gram / 4 oz / 0.2 pound pale yellow cheese or unsalted mozzarella or mozzarella
- 1 tea spoon full of allspice
- 1 tea spoon full of black pepper
- Salt
Directions
Separate the cauliflower into pieces and wash them. Boil it slightly in water with lemon and strain it when it gets softer.
Roast the flour in butter and slowly add warm milk in it and cook for 5-6 minutes to obtain béchamel sauce. You can use instant cream too. Add the spices, salt and half of the cheese before taking off the fire.
Lay the cauliflower into heat resistant glass pot. Lay the sauce on it and place it into oven. Add the remaining cheese 5 minutes later and make it rest in the oven for a few minutes.
