Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper
  • Fresh natural cheese or pale yellow cheese (as much as you want)
  • Frying oil

Directions

Boil cauliflower in water with lemon. Put it in crusher. Add the other ingredients into crusher and mix them all. To obtain the proper Density – according to the sizes of eggs and cauliflower – you may have to add more flour into the mixture.

Lay it into hot oil with spoon in a thin form. Because the interior parts may not be properly cooked if it is laid in thick forms. After laying it with spoon I pressurize slightly them with the back of the spoon. I recommend using Teflon pan instead of frying pan for them not to stick to the pan.

After frying, lay them on to paper towels.

When serving I add condense yoghurt and yoghurt mixed wit sweet red pepper beneath them. Especially if your kids don’t like eating cauliflower, try this recipet; I never have seen a kid refusing to eat this.
