Ingredients

  • It is an ideal meal to use the remaining cabbage after cooking cabbage wraps.
  • Cabbage (especially the remaining leaves)
  • Some minced meat (according to the amount of cabbage)
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece of tomato or 2-3 spoon full of tomato puree
  • 1 table spoon full of paste
  • 1 piece of sugar cube
  • Coriander, red pepper, black pepper, salt
  • Olive oil

Directions

Roast the minced meat in olive oil. Add the onion and continue roasting. Close the cover of the braiser leave it for on fire for cooking a few minutes.

Add the paste, salt, 1 piece of sugar cube and spices. Roast them properly.
