Ingredients
- 4 pieces of aubergine
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 pieces of fresh peppers
- 4-5 pieces of tomatoes
- 4 table spoon of olive oil
- Salt, flaked red pepper
Directions
Get the aubergines roasted on fire, peel them and keep in salty water for a while.
By the way, roast the diced onion in oil and add the thin diced pepper. When they are roasted add the diced tomatoes and sugar. Cook them together.
Add the aubergine to this mixture and put some salt and black pepper in it. Leave it on light fire for 5 minutes.
