Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of artichoke
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 piece of potato
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 100 gr / 4 oz / 0.2 pound mushroom
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper
  • 2 pieces of sugar cubes
  • Olive oil

Directions

Lay the artichokes in salty water with lemon. Boil it in salty water for 20 minutes.

Roast a tiny onion in oil for the filling. Dice the carrot in tiny pieces and add it in roasting. When roasted add the tiny diced mushrooms too. Roast in medium fire. Add the tiny potato cubes and continue roasting. As the final step add the spices and sugar.

Put the boiled artichokes into heat resistant glass pot. Add grated unsalty mozzarella or yellow cheese into the mixture. Fill in the artichokes.

Add some water to the glass pot; lay some olive oil on the artichokes cook in oven heated at 180°C.
