Ingredients
- 4 pieces of aubergine
- 300 gr / 10 oz / 0.6 pound minced meat
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 table spoon full of paste
- 1 table spoon full of butter
- 150 gr / 6 oz / 0.3 pound pale yellow cheese
- Salt, black pepper, cumin, red pepper
Directions
Roast the aubergines on fire. Squeeze lemon for them not to darken. Mash them on wood and dice very thin. Flavor it with black pepper and salt. Add cheese.
Add juice of grated onion, spices, salt and paste to the minced meat. Knead them. Cover them around wooden sticks or give them a long thin shape. Grill them on barbecue or grill. Grill a slice tomato and pepper too. Melt the butter in a pan.
Lay the aubergines onto a heat resistant serve plate and lay the meat balls over them. Decorate it with grill vegetables. Lay the butter thin over them. Drizzle some cheese over them and bake it in oven.
