Ingredients

  • 500 gr / 17 oz / 1 pound minced lamb meat
  • 1 juice of onion (you can acquire by grating and squeezing it)
  • 7 pieces of garlic (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slice of dry bread (you can bake the bread in the oven and crush them with chopper)
  • 2 tea spoon full of cumin
  • 1 tea spoon full of black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tea spoon full of flaked red pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 desert spoon full of pepper paste

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients and knead them. Make long meatballs from the mixture and fry them.
