Ingredients
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 pieces of carrots
- 2 pieces of potatoes
- 1 piece of tomato or 5-6 spoon full of tomato puree
- 1/2 jar of peas
- 250gr / 9 oz / 0.5 pound fat-free lamb meat or calf meat
- 4 table spoon full of liquid oil
- 1 matchbox size butter
- 2 spoon full of paste
- Salt, black pepper, flaked red pepper
Directions
Dice the onions for cooking. Chop the carrots and potatoes in cube shape.
Roast the onion in liquid oil. Add the carrot and roast together. Add the meat and sauté them together. Add the peas and sauté them together.
Add the tomatoes, salt, paste and spices. Stir them and roast for a few minutes more. Add water enough to cover it with two fingers height. Add the butter and cook for 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook 10 minutes for the potatoes to be ready. If you cook in pressure cooker, add less water and cook 10 minutes in the first step and 5 minutes after adding the potatoes.
