Ingredients
- 500gr/ 17 oz / 1 pound meat with or without bone
- 4 pieces of aubergine
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 1 table spoon full of paste
- 2 table spoon of olive oil or 1 table spoon of margarine
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Flaked red pepper
Directions
Add the margarine or olive oil into the brasier. Start roasting the meat. When meat changes color add the diced onion and pepper and roast them. Add the paste and when it gets roasted add the tiny copped tomatoes. Add the spices and salt. Add 2 glasses of water. Leave it on fire for cooking.
Cut the aubergines in 4 long pieces and fry them. Let the paper towel soak the oil from aubergines. Put the meats into the aubergines and bundle them. Stick it with toothpicks or turn them upside down and place them into a glass pot. You can decorate with tomato slices and green pepper. Flavor it with the pasty meat sauce and cook in oven for 15 – 20 minutes in 170°C.
