Ingredients
- 500gr/17 oz / 1 pound lamb meat
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 1 table spoon full of paste
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper, flaked red pepper, coriander
- 1 table spoon full of margarine
- 2 cup of water
- For the crepe;
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1/2 cup of flour
Directions
Add the margarine into the braiser. Add the meat wait until it changes color and gives out water. Add the diced onion garlic before meat absorbs the water again. Add the paste, spices and salt. Add the water and leave for cooking. If you are going to cook in pressure cooker, you must add less water.
On the other side whip the flour, milk and eggs. Lay a thin layer onto Teflon pan and fry both sides.
Lay the crepes into a pot. Fill them with meat filling and wrap the crepes from their sides. Lay them flipped onto a heat resistant glass pot or oven tray. Lay the remaining meat water over the crepes. You can decorate them with peeled and diced tomatoes and pepper. Put them into the heated oven of 150°C for 20 minutes.
