Ingredients

For the marinate sauce;

  • Shrimps
  • White of 1 egg

1 table spoon full of corn starch or corn flour
Whip the corn starch and egg. Cut one side of the shrimps, cover them with this sauce and leave it in fridge for 15 – 20 minutes.

  • 2 pieces of whipped egg
  • 1 table spoon full of sesame oil
  • 3 table spoon full of olive oil
  • 3 table spoon full of rice wine (if you don’t have rice wine you can cook without it)
  • 3 table spoon full of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tea spoon full of sugar

Directions

Heat the wok, roast the shrimps from the fridge in slight oil and take them onto another plate. First add the sesame oil into the pan. Mix the other materials. Pour it into the pan and cook it by stirring with wooden fork. Add the shrimps immediately. Stir all of them together.

If you want you can add vegetables too, it tastes great.

Note: If you think that much effort will be meaningless, heat the butter and add some red pepper. Add the boiled shrimps and sauté them. And this is the Turkish style shrimps …
