Ingredients

  • 500gr / 17 oz / 1 pound chicken
  • 1 jar of garniture or boiled carrots, potatoes and peas
  • Cream or béchamel sauce
  • Pale yellow cheese

Directions

Boil the chicken. If you are going to cook the garniture on your own, you can add the vegs to the boiling water of the chicken.

Put the chicken and vegetables into glass pot. Lay the cream or béchamel sauce over them. Grate the cheese on top and place it into oven.

Note: for béchamel sauce; melt the butter on pan. Add some spoon full of flour. When they are roasted, add the warm milk slowly and whip them. When it gets a creamy style turn the fire off.
